Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Saturday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during the holiday season or around major events.

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS.

In-Store Pickup
Prefer to skip shipping? Free in-store pickup is available at Ripon Bookstore in Ripon, California. Select "Pick Up In Store" at checkout and we will send you an email when your order is ready. Most orders are available within 1 to 3 business days.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to make it right. You can contact us at [your email address].
