Rebecca Struthers is the most relevantly qualified watchmaker in British history, becoming the first practitioner in her field to earn a PhD in the subject. She is the author of Author of Hands of Time, a BBC Radio 4 Book of the Week, as well as being a multi-award-winning watchmaker, designer, and historian. Alom Shaha is a science teacher and the author of Mr Shaha's Marvellous Machines and Mr Shaha's Recipes for Wonder, books of STEM based activities for families.
