Born of frustration with a stagnant status quo, Polemic for Democracy calls for a Second Constitutional Convention and presents a Framework for pragmatic action.

Starting with abolishing the Senate and expanding the House, the nine reforms of the Proposal would increase Legislative power while reining in the Executive and Judicial Branches.
